    Hello all! So three days ago I brewed my second batch. We brewed the NB Black IPA, extract. We used 1 11.5 g packet of Safale US-05 but a tiny bit spilled (0.1 or less of the total rehydrated packet). What I've been reading seems to say we should have used more than 1 packet to begin with...
