    Virgin Lager

    Peeked your interest by title. HBT Village Elders, I am doing my first lager and I pitched the yeast Monday morning and there has been no activity as of yet. Should I be nervous? My fridge that I am using is right at 50 degrees F. Any suggestions? Thanks, 12oz

    Looooong fermentation

    Fellow brewers, I am currently brewing an Ale that has been In primary for 18 days now and its still bubbling Around every 15-19 seconds. I have not Experienced a primary fermentation this long. Should I be concerned? Cheers! 12ozrebel
