    Yeasty tasting Hefeweizen

    I made this recipe from here a couple weeks ago, I was reading the forum I got this from about the yeast, and it had said you could use liquid yeast, Wyeast 3068. My LBHS said this would add a banana clove taste. But after following the recipe exactly, and bottling, it tastes really YEASTY...

    Hello from Idaho

    Hi guys, thanks for having a great place to get all of my questions awnsered. I'm on my 5th batch now, and all have turned out great. I even have used 2 reciepes from here on my latest batches. I'll let everyone know how they turn out. Thanks again, this is a great refernce for us noobs! Prost!
