    Abv% ?

    So, I have 5gal of an 8.8% stout that I added 3 cups of a 99proof liquor to before bottling. Does anyone know how to determine an approx abv%???

    I've had a barley wine dry hopping for a couple months that I brewed on 12/7/11 with a 1.124 og. It taste incredible!...problem is it stalled out at 1.04 fg. Would it be okay to bottle??? I'm not kegging yet.

    Little HELP Please!

    I've brewed a pretty big stout with the og @ 1.10 on 2/23. I pitched Whitelabs WLP004 @ 70*. Though it took fermentation a good 8-10 hrs to take off...when it did it blew the airlock and overflowed for a good 8 hrs. My fermentation is now stuck @ 1.045. Should I transfer to secondary and...
