I purchased the 8 in large version to use in my boil kettle (20 gal). I through all my hops inside the spider, the when I circulate the boil to cool, I run out through the spyder to catch all the break material. Anyone else tried this?

I received my MM3, the set screws for the bottom roller was loosened. I read the on line manual about setting the gap, how do I calibrate and with what? I thought about using spark plug gap tools.

Has anyone tried this? I saved 2 quarts on my pale ale, froze it for a month, then used it as a starter on my stout.
