    Re-using Fermenters that held relish?

    I have read using buckets that held relish,pickles or BBQ sauce is a no go...but I was told that using Baking Soda and a Star San soak will clean 'em. I have access to a bunch of free 6.5 gallon relish buckets. True or or Not True? Thanks!
