    Larger bottles

    Added priming sugar to bottling bucket, rack holiday ale. Bottled 45 bottles and the n rack the rest into two separate sanitized tequila bottles cuz I was out of beer bottles.     Forgot to stir priming sugar.

    Dissolved priming sugar in 2 cups boiling water. Dumped in bottle bucket. Racked beer on it but never stirred. Bottled beer as normal. I'm thinking everything probably mixed just fine. Anyone ever do this?

    Taste testing.

    Brewers Best Holiday Ale kit

    Any suggestions on how long to leave this in primary? I don't plan on doin secondary. Any feedback on this particular kit would be great. From what I hear It probably won't be ready til the next holiday season! Thanks for any input. Happy Friday!!
