    Ok, I did a variant of JAOM and heres what Ive got so far...started off with a 3gal carboy, about 10.5lbs of honey, instead of regular oranges I used a dozen cutie oranges, about 50-60 raisins, 2 cups of raspberries, 3 cloves, 3 cinnamon sticks, 3xdash of nutmeg and allspice each, spring water...

    Thanks for the compliments and the tips, I was just going by the directions as for what to use for yeast since this is my first time making this. It seems to be going good as there are bubbles breaking the air lock every 7 seconds right now.

    I got the yeast from Home Brew Market in Appleton....I dont know about amazing but simple works for me...lol I will save amazing for something a bit more complicated

    Hey, my name is Terry. I am near Appleton, WI. The only thing I have ever made in the past is cream soda. I have always wanted to try getting into home brewing and now I am finally going to give it a shot. I look forward to reading about everyones endeavors and hopefully posting a few of my own.
