I admire people like you... as I said in another post I am always arseyboo... My friend and I saw a home brew kit and I thought "cool, I'm gonna give that a go". I took it home, mixed the brew, stuck it in the cupboard and THEN came to this forum to find out how it's supposed to be done! lol...

Stop procrastinating! When you're waiting four to six weeks before your beer is ready to drink you're going to regret not getting started sooner. :)

haha, and now to spoil it all... I'm vegetarian... I don't eat anything that has/had a face! I couldn't stand to torture a poor wee fish and then eat it... My best friend loves fishing though and she has a motorbike, want me to hook you up? lol

Quick question before the door is slammed shut on this thread... just to clarify, is it illegal to make home brew spirits of any sort in the US?

haha, the pics of me are in the bottom of my wardrobe where they belong! As this is my first time brewing and because I bought a Coopers Micro-Brew kit, I have a Coopers Lager in one primary and a Coopers Draught in the other. I will become more experimental as my courage and experience...

Oh fantastic... can't wait to try it... will wait until I've tried a few "plain" brews first before messing with it, but I love the idea of lemon flavouring in it... thanks!
