Its all boxed up now....I did fill 1 mini keg, one growler, and the rest were 22's and 12 oz . My counter has like 5 carboys and a fermenter on it right now from drying them. I'll snap a few pics when I get home.

Yeah, I didnt do any kind of sanitizing on the corks....Hopefully the 13% abv will protect me. I'll just leave them as is then....I was thinking maybe I was going to pull them and recork all of them. the floor corker worked sweet lorena. Definatly worth it if you do lots of wine. Oh....I...

Should I be okay if I didnt soak them? It that only done for the sanitizing purpose, or does it help seal.

I just corked my first batch of wine today and got thinking and did a little research after the fact.... I used #8 corks, and a bench corker. I read that I could have used #9 corks with that corker to seal better.....Im guessing I'll be okay though? More important question...I used first...

I recommend making a mini MLT for PM. Theyre not that expensive and great for mashing. Go to the DIY projects forum and youll find it there

That recipe from theredsalamander looks interesting....I like this part the best .....Drink 6 bottles of Oberon saving 1/2 inch of beer in each bottle...... May have to try that one.

My g/f bought a sixer of this the other day and I didnt realize it was AB until I drank the first one. I thought it was pretty good and will probably pick some more up in time. It was tasty on a hot sunny day.
