    Pork Loin again... Not a rant I promise

    Pork loin is too lean for me so I would butterfly and pound until it was about 24" square. Stuff it with, spinach, basil, mushrooms, onions, hard boiled eggs, pine nuts and Romano cheese, or whatever you have on hand(braciole). Braise it in a pan with some white wine. Serve with your favorite...

    You did mention to the adjuster that upon hearing the noise you fell out of bed and now your back hurts...right. Sadly that is the only way you'll come out ahead, I know the same thing happened to me 30 years ago

    You can't get bottles of Orval? The sediment at the bottom is all I've used and it's been fine 3 times now I always let it sit on the mangoes(actually they float:D) at least 6 months

    Go for it. It takes the better part of 14 months for this beer to get really good. I don't have mangoes year round, but in the summer everyone I know that has mango trees always ask if I want some. I always say yes, whether I'll be brewing or no;)

    What to do with tenderloin head roast?

    Toss some shrimp in a hot pan for 1 minute, mix with some bread crumbs, lime juice, sriracha sauce, ginger, green onion, just a bit of honey and lots of cilantro. Slice a pocket in the roast, stuff with the shrimp, seal shut and braise, broil, bake or grill
