    Me Kegerater is up

    Well I finished building my Kegerator. I have 1 hooked up with an American Lite right now, will put a Hefe on Friday, and will finish off with a Porter in a few weeks. :fro: My 3 spout Kegerater will be fully up and running :rockin: :rockin: Sorry can't post me pics of it but it's GROOVY!!

    I hope this is the right area to post this. Can anyone tell my about the portions of Yeast, & Irish Moss the greater the volume of beer? For example: 5 gallon batch = 1 vile of yeast & 1 tsp Irish Moss so would: 10 gallons = 2 viles of yeast & 2 tsps of Irish Moss & 50...

    Microbrews: Bottled very different from Kegged

    So I take it that is why Guiness on tap taste different from Guiness in the bottle??? :confused: I guess they try to make em taste similar by putting that wedget in the bottles.. Don't work.. Guiness on tap is me favorite beer. :rockin: Not too found of the bottled product..

    Hey Sam Miguel is some pretty good and refreashing beer. When you're over there baking it the hot hot sun, one of those SM lites hits the spot like one of those... Then one get a stout and hang out.....

    If I could move to anywhere right now, I would move to St Croix Virgin Islands. The weather is awesome, the scenery is awesome, and the rum is bloody awesome as well. And most of all I could probable take all of those above add me brew and convert alot of the locals............:drunk: Beer...

    Wow, I've been reading alot of you guy's posts and I'm amazed. I can't wait until I get really experienced. I still feel like a rookie. Which I am....:mug: Starte in Jan and have brewed 10 batches and I have 2 fermenting right now; 1) Wheat Ale 2) Lite w/ Orange Peels :rockin:

    Rogue's Hazelnut Brown Nectar

    Obviously the folks at "Draft on Tap" magazine (May/June edition) feel the same way u do about that beer. They gave it a pretty high Taste Review. A 92 out of a possible 100. :mug:

    Yeah I've been doing that, but thinkin in the long run for putting labels on a lot of bottles instead of a few. If I did them myself it might take a while. Also wanted to use clear labels instead of paper...... Have you seen those before??? Stone Brewery uses those

    Thanks alot guys. This forum is by far the best I've seen :D My favorite beer are: Guiness on tap :drunk: I like brewing full bodied beers, but most of my friends like light beers, but will gladly drink my brew when it's available. I'm gonna brew 2 batches this weekend. I can't wait...

    Accidently put Priming Sugar in 2nd

    Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!! :ban: Thanks for the info Ma2brew. I thought it was ruined. Don't know what I was thinking when I put the sugar in there.....:drunk: I did notice it bubbling alittle afterwards and I was gonna wait about 2 weeks.. I'll watch the categories more closely...
