Put my starsan in here a couple quick pumps and I'm done

Buddy of mine sent pics of his place in Ky. You guys got hit pretty hard, enjoy the snow shoveling.

It is a 3" fan with attached to a reducer. I got this idea from another Keezer thread on this forum.

The bilge fan works great actually ordered from Walmart online. I drilled holes in the PVC to let air circulate throughout the Keezer. The PVC on top left cools my faucets really nice

Here are a few pics of mine. My Keezer is a 14.7cu ft it has a bilge fan attached and PVC running all around the bottom and up by my faucets. Never have a problwm with moisture. Polyurethaned the wood collar.

Make sure you look at your cost of replacement cartridges and availability to get or utilize other brand cartridges.

Soaking in Starsan should be enough. I would clean the threads with a brush and cleaner first then soak in Starsan. I wouldn't boil them.

I personally like the far left one, especially after the Budweiser SB commercial

Was at my local Sears Hardware store last week and they had a black 7.2cu ft chest freezer on display.

Taste it and see it is fresh. I would take some to your LHBS and compare it with what they have. Shouldn't be a problem brewing, just make sure its only barley and hasn't been treated with something.

I have two plastic containers that I use to clean/soak and store all my fittings in. One is labeled "Gas" the other "Beer". I learned this helps eliminate interchanging the two. Little things like this helps with having an enjoyable hobby and helps save time.

Really no need to transfer to another carboy. The only time I do is when I'm dry hopping. This is a great time to take notes on your current batch. Note all your observations along with things you think you may change with your next batch. You learn so much from looking over your notes later to...
