    So who's brewing this weekend?

This Sunday, I'll be "attempting" to brew a Trillium Vicinity Double IPA clone recipe that stonebrewer was so kind to post a few months ago. However, I tweaked it a partial mash extract recipe so here goes nothing. Cheers!

    Double IPA Trillium Vicinity Clone

First of all thank you stonebrewer for sharing your recipe! :mug: So I adjusted the Trillium Vicinity Double IPA All Grain recipe into a Partial Mash (extract) so I can brew it this weekend. This is what I came up and plan on brewing this weekend. I know I won’t nail it but I’m...

    Double IPA Trillium Vicinity Clone

This might sound amateur to some but does anybody have a partial mash recipe of the Trillium Vicinity?

    Fresh Squeezed IPA (Deschutes Inspired)

I made the partial mash recipe on October 9th. I had to make a few minor changes considering my local home brew supply store didn't have any nugget or wyeast 1056. Instead, I used substituted nugget for columbus and wyeast 1056 for WLP013. I didn't add any flaked wheat after reading the entire...

    Help with Hyrdometer reading

Hey guys, I'm still in the honeymoon phase at homebrewing and I need some help with reading my hydrometer (I didn't take the greatest of pictures, sorry). I'm still not getting it so I've decided to swallow my pride and reach out the masters. BTW, this is an Imperial IPA. September...

    Heull Melon & Belma hops

I brewed a Huell Melon Pale Ale (3 oz. Huell Melon, 1 oz. Nugget) a few months ago and I didn't get much melon notes. If I had to brew it again, I would have dry hopped it with another 2 oz. for 5 days before bottling.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

This past weekend I produced my first homemade (extract) recipe. An Imperial IPA I'm calling "Imperial Aberration" (5 Gallons) 1 lb of Munich and Crystal Malt 9.9 lbs of Briess Golden Light liquid Malt Extract (1/2 late addition) 1 lbs corn sugar 7 oz. of hops (Warrior, Galaxy, Simcoe, New...

What Are You Drinking Your Beer Out Of?

At home, I go with the various types of glass stemmed ware, Snifters, Tulips, Goblets, etc. Mostly, because I like drinking Ales. I try to pair the beer with the glassware, hopefully to piss off my bottle/can drinking friends, if they're around.

    What are you drinking now?

I'm trying this (series) for the first time tonight.
