    Amarillo or Mosaic?

Just curious...Do you like cilantro or does it taste like soap to you?

    Amarillo or Mosaic?

Mosaic. Reason? I make a mosaic/pilsner pale ale (borderline IPA) Every one who has tried it has loved it. I can't keep up with the demand. I never made a single hop Amarillo beer. I guess I'll have to give it a shot, but why mess with sucess? ;)

Yep. I can think of a lot of things to do with 70k. Buying an automobile is not one of them.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I've found that without any fining agents it takes a while to clear up. When I make this, I keg it at about a week and start drinking it. It takes about a week in the keg to clear

Aloha LabRat! Hey late nighters, Some news from the CGVT home. My daughter has applied and has been accepted at Emory University and NYU. She has already visited Emory and is going to visit NYU next weekend. Although we would like for her to go to Emory because it is closer to home, she has...

About the same here. I retired as an Master Chief with 30 years in early 2013 and got a decent job 2014. I didn't have them withhold enough from my retirement or the new job. My wife (programmer) changed jobs and doubled her pay in 2015. I wrote checks to the IRS for 2014 and 2015. The 2015...

I feel your pain. I had to write a check for 5k last year. I didn't want to have to do that again so I changed all of my withholdings. I got a refund of about 5k this year. (I also made a lot less money, but that is another story...) I am not delusional enough to think that the government is...

    Need a new propane grill

I have a Weber Q-1200. It uses the little propane tanks, but you can get a hose to use the large tanks too. It is great for what you describe and is easy to move around so you could put it in your garage in the winter (open the door) to get out of the elements.

When there is a sign on a business/office/etc door that says "Will be back in X amount of time". If it says "Back in 30 minutes" how the hell do you know how long ago the person put the sign out? Was it 25 minutes ago? Was it five minutes ago? Who the hell knows? Put a time on the damn sign.

    The Walking dead

I just wonder where the get the magic gasoline that never goes bad. Hell, I can't keep my lawn mower running from one year to the next, but every POS junk car they find fires right up. I know it's a zombie show. It doesn't bother me, but if we're talking practicalities...

Yep. The needs washed construction consists of a form of the verb need (or want or like) followed by a passive participle. For example, in sentence (1), needs repaired is an example of this construction; it has needs as its form of need followed by repaired as its passive participle: 1)...
