This is the first time I've had this happen to me. Thursday morning I brewed up a Dunkel. Used Windsor Danstar yeast, re-hydrated. 48 hrs in and I've yet to see any activity in the airlock. And, since I use a bucket, I got no way of seeing if I've got trub forming on the bottom. Oh well...

I try to go four weeks in the bottle at least. Takes at least a week to carbonate, then I just let it sit for a while after that.

What about equipment? If your doing a partial mash, do you need a mash tun, a BIAB setup, or any additional equipment? Or ar you basically steeping the crushed grains for part of your wort?
