    I like the idea of mixing yeast, so the 1318 would start the process and then us-05 would clean it up at the end to give it more of a mixed body and flavor between the two... No starter btw, just pitch the two, U.S.-05 a few days after 1318.

    Unique Bottles???

    Anyone have a website that has unique beer bottles to bottle with? I'd also be interested if anyone knows if there are brown bourbon bottles (like woodford reserve, but brown) for sale? I really like square or rectangle bottles and would love to put that spin on my beers...
