    won't fill new co2 tank

    Just exchanged mine it was last certified in 91 they charged me a additional 20 dollar recertification fee but once I have there tank (airgas) I never have to resertify tank they just exchange em.

    My first All Grain attempt

    Its prob done or close to done fermenting after those 48 hours. Needs time to finish up and condition but I recently did a ipa and that bad boy went nuts for like 30 hours then absolutely nothing. Had me a little nervous even but have no fear.

    One more question when i need to purge the keg do I push the relief down with screwdriver or do I have to buy a special poppit to put in its place little confused. Thought I could just push it down but I can't.

    This will be my first kegging too and will sneak my question in on your thread. If u do decide to set and forget it around 12 psi how would one take some samples. No way I could wait with it sitting right there. Would you purge it, adjust to serving psi, pour glass, then change back to 12 psi?

    Ok thanks guys I will pitch the slurry just seems crazy that I used a 2l starter for the ipa to bring cell count up and there is nearly same amount of cells in 180 ml of slurry. Def will add nutrient to it.
