i like the idea. I've been brewing extract brews for a couple of years and a small AG batch seems like the perfect way to try a new method without having to invest in heaps of equipment. Also I'm in a wheelchair so handling a 5 gallon pot is out of the question, but 1-2 gallons is possible

stopped using prehopped kits. so much better doing it all myself, and the final product is heaps better
