    Regulator advice

That is the setup I use (CO2 tank and primary gauge outside, 4 secondary gauges inside), but I have taprites. The guys at that company said kegco is a new company. I originally ordered those but they were out of stock. They said they have no complaints about them. I had a good experience with...

    8 days and still bubbling

Start washing your bottles. If you are as lazy/slow as I am, it will take you 1.5 weeks before you are ready to bottle. The yeast MIGHT be done by then.

    Homebrew ideas in Warner Robins

I want to invite middle Georgians to Just Tap'd in Warner Robins to talk homebrew ideas. Something of a club tried to start there but it fizzled, from what I understand. I try to go there as often as I can so we can talk face to face. Or, PM me and we can use HBT to pass homebrew ideas. j

    your favorite SMaSH recipe, please!

Oops, Didn't answer your second question... I haven't tried MO with cascade. I tried MO with fuggles; EKG has a better flavor. Softer flavor, fuggles (60 mins, 15 mins and 5 mins ) erminded me of dirt.

    your favorite SMaSH recipe, please!

I have tried vienna with magnum, dry hopped with citra. It was just ok. The citra didn't seem to match well with the vienna. But then again, I did that as an after thought because the magnum adds clean bitterness. I tried Vienna with hallertau and fermented with Bavarian lager yeast. That...

    Pressure carbonating bottles

When autopilot first came out (for airplanes), pilots despised it. Some called it unsafe, others called it unneeded. Now, air lines mandate use of autopilot for safety reasons...among others. Owly, soon people might be buying the "owly-nator" for HBers who don't want kegs. That is why...

3 weeks (or so) in primary

Can't remember where I read it, but autolysis doesn't happen until after months in the fermenter. 3-4 weeks is no problem. In fact, you will probably be able to re-use that yeasy...it will still be viable. One month ago (3 Jan), I re-used yeast from an Amer brown ale in primary for 4 weeks...
