    Alright I have a porter sitting in a Tupperware container full of water. I frequently change out frozen water bottles to manage the temperature. If the water is 60 to 65 degrees does that mean inside my fermenter it's the same? I'm hoping that even if the temp is cooler on the outside the inside...

    Thanks y'all for the input. I'll check out my labs for an auto siphon. If not I'll test yall's other ideas besides of course putting my mouth on the tube* I've always used a fermenter with a nozzle so this is new now with the siphon. Slowly working my way to the ag brewing.
