I have about three kits with dry yeast packets... My Question is: is it okay to leave yeast packets at room temp in kits till iI can get to kits (I keep my home around 75 degrees F) or would it be best to take the yeast packets and store in fridge?
Question, probably already been asked, so I Apologize in Advance... My first beer was bubbling for first 24hrs and then stopped... At what point should I worry and if its stops, whats the fix?
