Drinking some Pumpkin Ale homebrew and some Cherry Wheat homebrew..., and watching the game !!! The pumpkin is outstanding. nice mellow pumpkin flavor with a nice hoppy taste...:mug:

My spice flavor is very mellow. My beer has more of a hoppy flavor with a hint of pumpkin/spices. btw, my kit only called for 1/2 tsp of nutmeg and Cinnamon. It hasn't really had a chance to mellow much... just 3 weeks in the bottle as of Saturday. good luck with your bottling :mug:

WOW, 6.3 % ABV when racking to the secondary..., almost 80% attentuation. now that's what i talking about :ban: very wheaty and slighty tangy when racking... here's to some conditioning time

well it's been 3 weeks in the bottle and i am trying a cold one now... i think it actually taste better more at room temp. It's a fairly dark red beer that you can't see threw, thanks to the Cherry puree... It's got a pretty strong cherry flavor to it, but not overpowering. Tastes more...

just bottled the AHB Double Chocolate Stout... 6.6 % ABV, WOOHOO :rockin: strong alcohol/stout taste... the unsweetened cocoa powder does not get added until bottling time, so i tasted a little more after racking to my bottling bucket. nice mellow chocolate taste, with a pretty strong...
