I have about three brews done on my new Brutus 10 styled system I built and each time I have been having issues during the recirculation and fly sparge getting grains under the false bottom and coming out through the dip tube. I am looking for some help figuring out what to try to prevent this...

Looking for a vessel that is lighter weight than glass because a 30 mile bike ride home (stopping by a brewery first) would go by a little nicer than carrying glass.

So I made a BobbyM version of the hopstopper device using 18x18 mesh. It worked pretty well on my old setup. I recently built a keggle BK setup with a whirlpool input and just the device on the bottom with no false bottom. I tried to whirlpool at the end of an IPA brew and it failed...

juanmoore, not sure i follow. can you describe the parts in order that they occur to have a standardized hose system? i see your point about the elbow at the end of the hose on the HLT and MLT (going from Type B + Elbow + silicon to Type B + silicon). i will remove.
