When I was converting my keggles I did the same research and ended up going with the Blichmann BrewMometers. They are very accurate and easy to read, that is, if you're not looking for digital.

I'd say you're fine with just the temp controller unless the room temp is going to fall below 60-65 degrees. If an upright freezer is an option I'd consider it, for your backs sake.

The print and email icons don't show up when you first go to the site, they show up as text. If you click to a different section of the site and then click back to "about" the icons are there.
