A club would be cool. Meet up every once in a while and have brew days.. samplings... recipes, passing knowledge. I say go for it! Of course this is coming from a newb that has no idea what would be involved in creating and maintaining a club like that, so take it for what it's worth. Cheers...

I ordered my kit online and it came with the the grains crushed. I didn't brew for at least another week after. I'm not worried about it as it'll probably turn out fine.

I'm not sure how explosions are even possible unless you lock it down during primary fermentation? Which you shouldn't do anyway? :confused: I dig the better bottle... but hey, different strokes for different folks, right? I would think that if a lot of people are having problems with them...
