I am using Safale US-05.
The reads go as follow..
The regulator is set to 60
The freezer temputure is 60
The liquid therm on the carboy reads 60-62 was 60-64
My fermentation just got kicking hard. It went from 60 to 64. I would have to assume it might be a degree or two hotter inside the carboy. Do you turn down the temp a few degrees to bring it back down to 60-62 range or just leave it? I am making a pale ale.
Also, if I was going to go to school for brewing I would go here..
A real university. You will come out with a BS instead of a cert and you could get grants to do it..

I don't understand why you have to be great at making beer before you go to school on how to make great beer? When I take a math class in college I go in knowing nothing about the math at hand but when I come out of the class I know tons more about it.
Really good beer. I gogled it and I came up with nothing.. **Opise I spelled it wrong no wonder I could not find it.**
Or if there is a beer close to it.
I put it into crushed ice and it got water inside the case.. I dunno it is acting funny but I guess you get what you pay for.. 3 bucks. The temp chagne in ice lol
