We had ten days of temps in the 50's and 60's, and the Saturday hit 80 degrees in the afternoon!
I've never opened the fermenter after two weeks and seen that much krausen before.
Opened up the fermentation bucket on day 13 to find this: see attachment.
I didn't smell anything strange, it looks like something i would expect to see and smell on day 2 or day 3.
We've had two days of fairly warm weather here.
Any ideas?
