    xd Cant find distilled water you can get it on every gas station even.Go to konzum or any other shop and ask for "destilirana voda" and they will give it to you!!

    Flaked Barley

    Is there any way to make flaked barley yourself,like steaming it than get it in to the press roller or something. I am asking because if i have to mail order it it will cost fortune,and its not only thing needed for a stout .

    So basicallywhat i have to do is to let it sit in ferment er for about 3 weeks,and bottle it via racking bucket,so there is not much yeast in it.And keep it at constant temperature rate.

    Strange, My second batch of the beer is funky! After i drink it gives me stomach-aches and a weird buzz! Is it production fault,or yeast.I had same problem with first batch,beer is drinkable,but its geavy to stomach,Is it so with every hombrew?

    No co2 after priming

    I used hydrometar after fermentation was done(i bought it a tthat time),so there was not much carbonation left to compensate,or im wrong maybe? i didnt take gravity reading now,just before i put the beer in the bottles.
