    In ground,and i would say relatively normal.Summers are hot and without rain,though its possible to rain. What do you mean by weekly long soak.They soak it for whole week and then let it be for some time or?

    I tried to wire my ranco,once i plug it in wall outlet nothing hapen.There is no electricity on extension cord out of the ranco. I wire it pretty much acording the chart that came with it. What am i doing wrong?

    'Plastic' taste in beer

    Kind of late to hit on a topic now,but anyway. I brewed stout,fermentor used was in use before to brew 6 batches with no smell of plastic(styrofoamish smell kind of). Yeast used s-04,.So my guess its cuz of chlorine,maybe steriliser traces .

    Home made pale malt?

    wheat cereal mash

    Do i need to crush the unmalted wheat when doing cereal mash, and can i get away with single infusion,or i have to go step mash.? If so should i go along regular Single infusion profile?
