    Look in to cherry republic out of Michigan they have dried cherries and cherries in the can that should be fine. Will use them in my lambic later this year.

    Finally got my Brett trios 100% APA started. Starter 1 week. 8 hr post pitching and it going great. Citra and cent smells great thinking about dry hopping but not sure if it wil hide the Brett favor. Not sure if the citra/cent will also. Made should have started with a saison? Will see in a month.

    Coconut Porter

    Jz has a good base beer brown porter in the brewing classic styles that worked well for me. Coconut rum porter/ v bourbon porter. The brown porter is a sweeter less roasty then porter/ stout.
