2P-Twent-E: the new Brouwerij Boerderij Kabouter

You can't switch between 2 sensors because the switch will alter the current in the wire for an accurate reading. However you could get 2 probes from auber with the twist lock configuration and just switch the the to the sensor you wish to get a reading from and have a switch on the box from bk...

    keggle rust problem

I cleaned up a sloppy job on a keggle I did while in haste in college with a plasma cutter at work. While that was sloppy too I cleaned it up with a 4" grinding wheel and finished it off with a aluminum braided wire wheel and then a sand or scotch grinding pad. No slag anymore and no rust issues...

Apfelwein / Cider with 3068 AND Nottingham...??

Nottingham does a good job too. There's a sticky in the cider forum over various yeast experiments. I've never used a starter and haven't had anything terrible happen. I actually just used a notty pack that was 2 years expired and it came out ok, just a little late to innoculate.

conversion of Natural gas to Propane

dont hold me to this but i think propane is high pressure and natural gas is low so, you would at least need to use an appropriate regulator to use it if it is possible

Apfelwein / Cider with 3068 AND Nottingham...??

I have made a cider with notty and am actually drinking it as I type. It turned out well and dry. I used Grahams recipe (freezeblade). I would imagine with your yeast on hand you will end up with a sweet cider due to the yeasts tolerance and the excess amount of sugar. It may lack mouthfeel due...

I tried doing research on the tubing to see how it would work for brewing but couldnt find really anything other than it was discontinued. Any thoughts on off flavors or anything else.

What do you do with your sankey spears?

Ive seen someone on here turn them into sight glass protectors by CAREFULLY runing them across what looked like a table top router. The router was used to plunge cut a section out of the middle then cut the top off at a 45 to allow you to put screw into the side of a keggle with a rubber washer...

    Man, I love Apfelwein

I was thinking of making some applejack with this recipe. My idea was to make 5 gallons and when its done put in a plastic bucket and slowly pack dry ice around it to remove the frozen water. Any thoughts on how this would turn out or does anyone have a applejack recipe? Thanks.
