Any suggestions on how to add white chocolate

Best suggestion I found is to roast some cocoa beans for the mash and add vanilla extract or beans in the secondary. Which gives it something close to white chocolate

Any suggestions on how to add white chocolate

Planing on making a winter ale and the recipe ask for white chocolate, everything I read on the net is very vague. I understand due to the oil and other flavors in the chocolate can cause problems. I wonder if extract is a better route.

Should my condition beer taste close to my finish

Was sampling some of the condition beer as I was bottling it and found that it is not close to what it should be. Everything was done bang on up to this point. Not sure if it is me or if carbonation will bring out more of the flavour.
