    After a long battle getting a fridge into my basement , I realise my stc-1000 didn't come with a probe. *Pause for irony * I was wondering if its possible to wire a fridge probe to the stc-1000.?

    It seems stupid to ask , however I'm trying to free up space in my basement/brewing lab Right now I have 2-3gallons batches of lager. Would there be any harm in transferring both of them into the same 6 gallon carboy for the secondary.?

    I was always told not to use copper fittings when making a mash tun, however when I look up how to make a manifold for my mash tun it is all done in copper, unfortunately I can not find c-pvc fittings where I live .

    I have a nut brown ale that is require to fermentation for 28 days . should I rack to a secondary after 14 days or keep it in the primary .
