American Porter Edmund Fitzgerald Clone (AG)

So my fermentation has stopped at 1.016 consistent for 3 days. Its higher than I expected and with the og at 1.052 it will be a low abv porter. I love the color and the flavor is great although really roasty(a little astringent), which at 11 days I am guessing is normal? Hopefully it mellows...

American Porter Edmund Fitzgerald Clone (AG)

Hi there, do you mind sharing what your OG was on this. I have a batch in the final stages of fermentation (also BIAB) but I only hit 1. 052 OG. Thanks.

    Moktoberfest mashed high

I accidentally am mashing a Brulosopher Moktoberfest at 162 vs the planned 152. What can I expect/do at this point? Doing full volume BIAB.

How much priming sugar should I use for a 5 gallon batch of this? I was thinking 4 oz.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I ended up using wlp001. Its in the low 60s right now but it should heat up today and I will be able to get my garage fridge to mid to high 60s. We will see.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Currently mashing this. I hit 154 but stirred until it went down to 152. I was hoping for 150. Will this affect the finished product much with this beer style?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Im thinking wlp001. Ive had good experiences with white labs although if they have us-05 at my lhbs I might go with that since people here seem to think its a great option for this brew.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Other than Nottingham what yeasts would work well for this beer?
