When you go to a beer store that is known for its large selection of beer and there are more beers that you have tried than you haven't tried. Even moreso when you have a hard time finding a new beer

Just finished my keggle and I'm doing 5 gallons now. Once I make my mash tun, I'll be moving to 10 gallon.

so thats where my bandaid went!! If I have room, I let my beers sit for a while. I had a stout that didn't taste very good. After about 7 or 8 months it was the best stout I ever had.
