I did once years ago fresh out of college. The quality was poor, but a lesson learned. I now only buy meat from a reputable source that I can visually inspect.

It's great that SWMBO is going to let you buy more brewing equipment. I personally never asked my wife for permission to do anything. BUT, it's completely possible that it is one of the reasons I'm no longer married. :drunk:

If the rack is clean and sanitized, you will have no problems.

I've used a few of these as a guideline to make other recipes. And there are others I've never seen before that interest me greatly.

I've never used it, but Safbrew T-58 might be a good fit. I'm personally a fan of WLP500 for all my Belgians.

It's probably safe with an exhaust fan. I'd also have a CO detector nearby for piece of mind.

It's a good idea to aerate. Yeast can metabolize sugar much more efficiently in the presence of oxygen.

Legally it is not. In order to claim a product is a sanitizer, the manufacturer must get approval from the EPA, which is very costly.
