    OMFG!!!! I am trying the Affligem Triple. Such a great beer. I drank a Westmalle Triple the other day and the Affligem blows it out of the water.

    Amateur Hour- My 1st AG batch and my many mistakes.

    I've learned the hard way to preheat the mash tun. Also remember to close the valve on the mash tun when you dough in. :-) Also I was unintentionally no sparge mashing for my first 5 batches. Long list of mistakes I am just trying to not repeat them.

    Stir plate help

    I used a hard drive magnet. But it was extremely important to line up the axis of the magnet so that the magnet would rotate evenly. I also had to cut a 1.5 inch piece of PVC to raise the magnet off the fan and closer to the base of the flask.

    Well I started out with a Hefeweizen that I brought to my friends place. Then it went to a maplebock then we tried a raspberry stout, then a blended raspberry/sweet mead, then I split a 120 dogfish IPA. made it home and i'm enjoying raspberry wheat with the wife. :mug:

    Platinum Hefeweizen White Labs 351 wierd taste

    Ok I'm just saying...and I'm a little in my cups now. I have decided that the Hefe fermented cold is awesome. Light and crisp with a middle tabste of citrus (grapefruit) and a very clean finish. Fantastic summer brew ...and I know it's May but its 98 out today so it's summer. :mug:

    upgrading single pressure c02 regulator

    Ok I have a single pressure c02 regulator from kegcowboy.com it has a 2 way manifold. I want to know what items should I purchase to upgrade so I can have two different output pressures. Would it be as simple has buying a nipple and another co2 regulator then just daisy chaining them?
