MSB, exactly. Most notably, increased pitching rates and decreased fermentation temps should produce fine results (and no "green" character after about day 4 for average gravity ales).

I bake the pumpkin in both recipes. The extract version risks some starch content. No worries...it adds body. The AG version is mashed high to keep body a bit sweet and full.

+1 Bulleit. Slightly outside the bounds, but Bulleit Rye is even better.
