    Stone Clone

If you want to stick to bottling/kegging at day 30, I would dry hop anywhere from day 20 to day 25. I don't think you want to dry hop for longer than 10 days max otherwise you lose the benefit you're going for.

Weissbier Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen

Brewed this on July 2nd, bottled it on July 17th. 3 weeks in the bottle and it is absolutely delicious. I love hefe's and I would put this one up against any that I've had. I'm very happy with it. It is the best beer I've brewed.

Im about to give up now

Don't give up just yet. You're tasting 3 week old flat beer, it just isn't going to taste that great. If it smells good, I think it will taste good in the end. It looks fine.

    Summer Ale Recipe

I have no experience doing anything like this, but this has peaked my interest. Just wondering if you've considered the fact that cuc's have a high water content...are you adjusting for this in anyway? Considered salting them prior to draw out the water and maybe concentrate the cucumber...

I would go back and review the original post of this thread. It clearly shows (with pictures) what to do.

Is it as easy as halving all the ingredients, with the exception of the yeast?

no carbonation and tast kinda like water

It sounds like you moved it to the carboy too early and killed the fermenation. Probably should leave it in the primary fermenter until primary fermentation is complete (7-10 days at the very least) before racking to carboy. Lots of people say racking to a secondary isn't necessary at all...

    Fastenal?

Did you order 5/8" Stainless washers for the inside of a cooler? What was the part #, do you recall? The part I find on the site doesn't look right. The inside diameter doesn't look big enough. Thanks!

    Not enough Carbonation

Great News! I gave my brother a six pack to take home the night we brewed. He brought one over last night and whaddya know it was perfectly carbonated and tasted fantastic. He kept his in a spot over 70 degrees or so, so I have my answer. My only worry (other than we continue to get beat up...

    Not enough Carbonation

My ale is under carbonated...I think due to loss of some of the priming solution during batch priming. Long story...but I spilled a little before adding to the bottling bucket, then the gasket on the bottling bucket was leaking. I unfortunately added the priming sugar first then siphoned in...
