Honey ginger IPA is cold crashing now, I'll keg tomorrow and should be able to bottle on Sunday and ship next week.

Has anybody ever taken the pump apart for cleaning? I really like that pump mod featured above.

Hello all, I have a couple brewmaster chronicals, and these come with them. I use a brewpi for my controlling though, and I've never used them other than once to test it out. The FTSs controller was given to me when I bought a chronical on here, I've plugged it in and it works just fine...

Dropped in the honey, hops, and ginger yesterday. The ginger is already coming through nicely, honey as well, still waiting on more hop though. Still feeling good I'll deliver for you all. Thanks again.

What about fermentation control? How much do yo have over that? Once I nailed that down for me, I can go grain to glass in 3-4 weeks on most I/IIPAs with excellent results.

Everything is looking great with the other brews! I went to go to secondary yesterday, and I saw some action in the sightglass still. So I took another reading and sure enough it's still dropping, so I have to keep waiting. I'm surprised as that's a solid week of good fermentation.

Bubbling has ceased and I'll be harvesting the yeast and dropping in some more hops, ginger, and honey this weekend. A shot from the brew day...

I was a little concerned with carbonation as well. I don’t bottle much anymore. But I figure I’ll be out of the secondary a little after thanksgiving, then keg and bottle, or just sugar and bottle?

Sure, I'll get it done this weekend, I have everything I need for the base brew and I'll have time to get the ginger and honey. That guideline you posted, is that for a 5g batch? That is my only limitation, 5g at a time, but I should be good to get all of the bottles out of that batch. 12oz...
