Since you already have a 10.5 might be best to get another. I have two 10.5's and last time I brewed on both of them I delayed the second kettle by about an hour so I could use my chiller and pump on both brews.

I'm a serious woodworking hobbyist and have brewed a few time in my garage/shop without an ill effects. I only brewed in the garage when I needed to because of the condensation.

With my old gas system I would dump the chiller in the boiling wort around 15 minutes before the end of boil. With the capacity of the gas burner I could easily crank it up and get a nice boil rolling quickly. With the Foundry it takes a bit of time to get a boil rolling again even on 220V. I'm...

I like these fermenters so much I have two of them. They didn't come with the straps that hold the fermenter to the stand. I ended up using duct tape which actually works pretty well. I was going to place an order for some other beer gear and was thinking of purchasing the straps but was...

@KBW PilotHouse - Sorry for the delayed response but my son and I did the taste test this past weekend. Five of us tasted the three beers and mine won! The real Zombi Dust had a harsh bite at the beginning whereas mine and my sons were very smooth. Mine just seemed to have a bit more hop taste...

Another issue - I bought the Blowtie2 when I got my allrounder. Version 2.0, thought it must be better then the 1.0, but, the gauge dial is sooooo small. I ended up buying the larger gauge.
