    I've just brewed this same kit I added 1kg of sprayed malt and 150g of head and body enhancer I havnt got to try it yet its in secondary at the moment gona leave it 2 mature for a month or so then ill bottle it. Hopfully its good ill post how it turns out and we can compare results

    Saving yeast from bottles

    I could be wrong and I'm hoping sumbody corrects me if I am bt I heard sumwere wen you rack to secondary you could get the yeast cake in the bottom put in a jar and put in fridge and it should keep good but I'm not sure for how long it will last

    Carbonating 1 Gallon of Cider

    Im no expert bt I've made a few batches of cider I usually btle into 750ml bottles I usually put 1 teaspoon of sugar in each bottle and syphon into bottles this works for me.
