I'm gonna brew my batch tomorrow......got what I was missing at the Brew Kettle before the storm hit. How about everyone else? Looks like only our two batches to compete so far......

Boy, this thread sure screeched to a halt......so, what are we doing with this recipe?

I bottled mine yesterday....still had the clove, banana, and ginger taste going on....hopefully it tastes more like xmas ale after it bottle conditions. Still has that estery taste from the london ale yeast.

Dry hop the hell out of it.

It's a proprietary hop....no chance.

Seems to be a shortage of Centennial hops in 2012.....even my Centennial plants at home didn't bear as much as the Zeus, Chinook and Cascade.....musta have been the heat.

I'm hip to a little competition....just have to find some honey malt.....my local brew pub doesn't carry it...;) Just ordered what I can't get locally.....

I just wanna be a better home brewer....I normally use a similar malt backbone...I need to expand my horizons...I've probably put a good portion of cash into their business.....you have no idea how much of this stuff I've consumed.....;)

That's why I guessed the summit in the dry hop.....more of a citrus/tangerine taste that way. Seems the longer the boil with it, the more grassier the taste....

Good deal....you put a lot more thought into it than me....how about my hop schedule? I'm definitely thinking c-20 though. Never used biscuit....does it impart a nutty flavor like Victory?

My guess would be 2 row, c-20, cara-pils and dextrose or flaked wheat. BTW, I'm having a blast with this. I would also guess the summit is only in the dry hop....with Columbus as the bittering hop....with citra/centennial, nelson/centennial as flavoring... and citra, nelson, centennial, summit...
