buying a grain mill - suggestions

How about this one ? http://www.austinhomebrew.com/product_info.php?products_id=12545 I will be keeping it in the room with the hot tub and was thinking the stainless wouldn't rust. Do you need to change the gap setting for different Grains or just set it up once and leave it alone?

    AK's "Kolsch"

This one interests me I may try it. How do you think it would turn out with pilsner malt and no step mash? Would I be better off step mashing in my keggle and then try to move back to my Lauder turn/cooler to sparge?

Building a keezer...can i spray paint the freezer?

Normaly the spray paint does not cover evenly (for me) that is why you clear it as it will go on a LOT better and help a LOT to prevent rust . Give it a try.

Building a keezer...can i spray paint the freezer?

You may want to put clear over the top of the black to make it look a more uniform sheen .:D

Trying to go all grain ?

Thanks for all the replies ! As of now I have a Keggle and another Keg I could use for sparge water . I have thought about the standard 3 keg/3 burner setup but I really don't want that big of a setup taking up room in my garage. I do brew in the garage so I can control the outside temps in...

3 weeks 70? Is anyone's beer really that good after only 3 weeks in the bottle?

I just tried a beer I kegged 1 week ago and it was pretty good . In fact I thought it was closer to being "ready" than one of my other batches that I kegged 3 weeks ago . I think it has a lot to do with the fact that it stayed in the primary for 4 weeks before it was kegged and the yeast...

dry hopping a pilsner. turns out, bad idea

I am lagering a pilsner now that has 5oz of Saaz in it and calls for 1/2oz in the secondary. I am not sure if I want to add them or not. I thought about puting them in a removable bag and only leave in for 2 days.
