I'm fixing to brew but I saw some white mold on the Inside of my pot what does white mold mean? And can I just scrub it with sanstar then boil some water in it for a few mins and be fine to use?
Could I keg my beer then fill up a bottle and cap it or use one of those pop top bottles or do I have to rack it and use some fizz drops? It would just be so much easier to pore from kegerator.
Ok we'll this is what I was really looking for from you guys. I'm not sure what I'm doing lol this my first creation, so any info on how to make owner would be awesome. All I did was pick IPA and choose some ingredients that sounded good on beer smith. So the hops the the 2 30 min ones said that...

What's the longest you can ferment I've been thinkin about doing a batch but I'm gonna be deployed for 2 months is that ok for leaving a beer to ferment that long?
So I would like to get two kits to brew but one says it has a primary and secondary fermentation do I really need the secondary or can I just ferment it for 3 or 4 weeks in primary then bottle for 2 months wile I'm deployed? It's a caribou slobber that I'm looking at on northernbrewer.
