    You should definitely get in the habit of writing down everything you put into / do to a Homebrew (in my humble opinion ) what if you make something amazing ? And then can't recreate it [emoji85]?

    Same batch split in 2 fermenters, starter split, one going

    You can always re-pitch, there's no harm in that... This kinda happened with a Sweet baby Jesus clone i made a couple weeks ago where the primary was out of control and I had to rack 2 gallons off the top... I just waited til some of the yeast settled at the bottom and stuck my racking cane down...

    I picked a few pounds of raspberries yesterday... Some will become pies today, some for breakfast cereal, more importantly some will be going into a chocolate Porter I have in secondary right now... As for the rest, I boiled them down and stuck them in a sanitized 1 gallon jug to cool down over...
