Just wave a bottle of good homebrew over it, and put it in your wort at the last 5min of boil to sterilize.

Our last meeting was held in a banquet room of a restaurant and they let us bring our own beer, only stipulation was they wanted us to order some food. Is it free to hold it at your local VFW? are you a veteran?

We have our club meeting at each others houses. Also there is a brew store that opened near that wants us to come and do a meeting there.

It is normal for hops tolose their hoppiness over ageing. As for keeping the hoppyness, maybe you can reintroduce them to hops from a tap(like a randal enamel). Now I know you said it was bottled soin your case idk.

Willamette is pretty mellow on the bittering side. you should be fine. or like others have mentioned you can call it a North Cascadian ale and add more hops

What you can do is after secondary is put the beer in the keg with 5-10psi and leave it at fermenting temp. for another week or so. Kinda cask conditioned. I add priming sugar and bottle a few to put away for a year and then leave the keg to cask condition.
