    Thanks for the replies. Because the regulator is brand new beverage factory is shipping me out a replacement. Hopefully it will work without a hitch but if not I may try some of these suggestions.

    So I think I have a defective regulator but wanted to get the advice of other keggers. I can set my regulator at 10 psi to carbonate my keg and it says true at 10 psi for a few days then I will check it and it will be at 50 psi about to kick the relief value. Is this a defective regulator or...
