    Harvesting WLP300 Hefeweizen

Hi. I jut used this yeast for the first time and I have some questions about the correct way to handle the yeast collection. Can't remember where I read it, but was said that this yeast is very non flocculant, and if I collect it from the yeast cake after fermented I could end up collecting...

American IPA Bell's Two Hearted Ale Clone (close as they come)

I'm making a manual fly sparge, adding hot water as needed to keep around 1 inch of water on top of the grain. The sparge process don't take more than 10-15 minutes

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Just kicked another keg of this recipe. It was dry hopped with 2oz of cascade in the keg. It really make it shine. People loved. I found out that it gets better if I don't use gelatin to clear. Looks like get more flavor.

How long did it take you to go all-grain?

My first batch was already all grain with keg. Never experienced the hassle of bottling.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Hi, newbie here. Brew the original recipe yesterday. That was my first brew ever, many lessons learned. I ended up with only 4.5 gal and the OG was 1.051. Lost 2 gallons on the boil, guess I will need to low down that burner! Lets see how it will turn out. Cheers!
